View of the World

I try to look at things from a different perspective. I think it really helps to feed the creative force if can focus on things. When I'm out in the field working I can feel the world around me and I understand the subject better. Art is really a state of mind as much as it is a creative outlet.

When you are surrounded by nature and you can feel the wind and the sand lift up from the beach, you can really tell that we are more a part of nature than most believe.

I ask myself, what is it about the world that makes it beautiful. Is it simply because I am part of the world? Or is it something deeper in the darker corners of the human mind.

The City

In the sea of humanity things are very different. The sound of man has it's very own unique life. In groups we are like a river of sensations. The colors flash, a passing conversation, you can smell the history of another life and never touch their souls.
